The SWA22JE-P electric articulated boom aerial work platform has a maximum working height of 22 meters, a maximum load capacity of 360kg, and a maximum working range of 12.28 meters. It is equipped with a 51.2V / 375Ah large-capacity lithium battery.

SWT22JE-P electric straight boom aerial work platform

The SWT22JE-P electric straight boom aerial work platform has a maximum working height of 23 meters, a maximum load capacity of 454 kilograms, and a maximum working range of 14.8 meters. It is equipped with a 51.2V / 375Ah large-capacity lithium battery.

SWT28JE-P electric straight boom aerial work platform

The SWT28JE-P electric straight boom aerial work platform has a maximum working height of 28.2 meters, a maximum load capacity of 454 kilograms, and a maximum working range of 19 meters. It is equipped with an 83.2V /460Ah large-capacity lithium battery and an optional 1.5h fast-charging module.

It can easily handle the challenge of a 45% slope and adapt to various complex road conditions.

The movements are smooth and multi-layered

The hydraulic system adopts intelligent control with pump control and valve control. It intelligently adjusts the output pressure and flow rate according to the load demand. It is matched with a long-stroke electro-hydraulic proportional valve group, which can achieve proportional compound operation of multiple actions of the chassis and the vehicle. While improving work efficiency, it ensures smooth operation without shock and provides a good control experience.

Core electronic control, personalized customization

Adopting the controller, display and electronic control system independently developed by Shanhe Intelligent, the control software and core hardware are designed in a serialized and unified manner, truly achieving "firmly grasping the key core technologies in our own hands". Meanwhile, the electronic control system is highly customized and closely meets the needs of users. The system features standard power distribution, voice alerts for fault information, and OTA upgrade functions. Optional 1.5h fast charging and vertical lifting functions are available.

It is equipped with the standard Shanhe Xiangyun industrial Internet platform. On the basis of fault query and working condition data monitoring, it adds new functions such as battery information early warning push and electronic fence, facilitating users' management and monitoring of the equipment.

The layout is reasonable and maintenance is simple

Fully considering the maintainability of the product, the chassis center of gravity is designed to be lowered. Core components such as lithium batteries, hydraulic oil tanks, working pumps, and AC motors are arranged under the vehicle, with a lower installation position for easier maintenance. Hydraulic main valves and ground control boxes are installed on both sides of the counterweight, making the layout safer and reducing the risk of collision damage. The turntable is designed without cover parts, which is simple and elegant, reducing maintenance points and lowering the maintenance cost of the product in the later stage.

The chassis's movement, steering, and the vehicle's rotation, lifting, luffing, and extension can all be performed simultaneously and in a compound manner. The overall movement is smooth and fluid.
