1. Power system upgrade: Equipped with an imported engine, it offers strong power. Adopting turbocharging technology, it offers greater output power and torque, making the machine more powerful. By adopting high-pressure common rail technology, the ECU flexibly and precisely controls fuel injection, ensuring excellent power performance and economy.

2. Hydraulic system improvement: Equipped with an electrically controlled load-sensitive hydraulic system, an electrically controlled variable pump + load-sensitive main valve, it regulates the flow rate by controlling the current, featuring high sensitivity and fast response. We independently developed a constant power algorithm to achieve efficient matching of the engine, pump and valve, and increased the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of the entire machine operation by 5%. By rationally optimizing the power distribution of the main pump and enhancing the power in the driving mode, the driving speed has increased by 11%.

3. Boom boom upgrade: The thickness of the boom reinforcing plate has been increased to 6mm, providing higher strength. The rear support and central support of the boom are made of forgings to avoid local welding stress concentration and improve durability. The front end of the bucket rod is made of wear-resistant plates, which extends its service life. The bushing adopts laser cladding technology, which is more wear-resistant.

4. Transmission system upgrade: Imported drive axles and gearboxes are adopted, with a load capacity of up to 8 tons, higher reliability, and a 11% increase in driving speed. The newly matched transmission ratio is perfectly combined with the hydraulic system.

5. Control system upgrade: Equipped with an air conditioning self-check and alarm system to enhance operational safety and maintenance convenience. The touch screen has added an automatic brightness adjustment function, making it more user-friendly.
