Shaorui Heavy Industry: Rui ·Minder: How to Install the SZ Series Linear Vibrating Feeder Correctly?
The SZ series linear vibrating feeder is a commonly used equipment in mineral processing production lines. It conveys materials through vibration. Due to the fact that resonance is prone to occur during the start-up and shutdown of the equipment, and the accessories are prone to loosening, the foundation and fasteners of the equipment should be installed correctly. What is the correct way? Let's take a look together
Please note before installation
Before installation, we need to confirm that the project foundation complies with the construction standards in the foundation documents provided by Shaorui Heavy Industry.
The weight of the project foundation should be at least three times that of the feeder to reduce the resonance frequency and shorten the resonance duration at the same time.
The spring seat should be fixed on the anchor bolts and fastened to the embedded steel plate with two nuts or welded firmly.
Warning: Do not install or weld any auxiliary parts (such as hoppers, funnels, operation platforms, etc.) on the main body of the feeder. These components must be fixed on their respective support structures, but must not come into contact with the feeder.
2. Specific installation requirements
During the time of starting and stopping the feeder, the equipment will experience irregular swinging. It is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient available space between the vibration unit, other structures and the equipment. Therefore, we have some specific installation requirements:
Confirm the minimum space required when the feeding trough is stationary: side -50mm, longitudinal -80mm, vertical -100mm.
The pillars or other structures beneath the exciter must not come into contact with the feeding trough.
The discharge port of hopper "B" should be smaller than the width of vibration unit "A", as shown in the following figure:
If a chain or discharge guiding device is installed to ensure smooth feed flow, the discharge port of the hopper should not be extended too close to the bottom plate of the feeder. ,
The design of the feeding chute (silo) should be capable of carrying part of the feeding, and the discharge point should not directly impact the equipment trough body, so as to extend the service life of the equipment.
All equipment must comply with local safety regulations.
Note: Welding on both side plates is prohibited. Otherwise, no warranty will be provided for the equipment.
3. Installation of couplings
Please install the coupling in the correct assembly sequence as follows:
The black coupling remains inside
② The rubber belt in the central part
③ The fixed plate remains on the outside. After the main unit is installed, in no-load conditions, the main unit shaft is 0-20mm higher than the motor shaft.
After installing the coupling, install the protective cover to prevent the rotating parts of the coupling from causing injury to personnel.
