1. Drainage of the engine diesel filter element

Explanation

Drain the engine fuel filter element at least once a week.

Operation mode

Step 1: Place an oil pan under the diesel filter element and loosen the drain valve of the diesel filter element counterclockwise by hand.

Step 2: After the water has been drained completely, tighten the bolts of the diesel filter element drain valve in sequence.

2. Replacement of the engine diesel filter element

Explanation

Replace the engine fuel filter element at least once a year.

Operation mode

Step 1: Place an oil pan under the diesel filter element and remove the diesel filter element with a special tool.

Step 2: Apply a thin layer of lubricating oil on the surface of the new diesel filter element gasket, then install the diesel filter element with a special tool and tighten it.

Step 3: Loosen the exhaust screw of the fuel filter element, press the hand fuel pump until no fuel without foam is discharged.

Step 4: Tighten the exhaust screw.
