The remote monitoring system for the gantry cranes of China Communications Construction Company's Guangzhou Metro has been launched
Recently, the remote monitoring project for the gantry cranes of China Communications Construction Company's Guangzhou Metro, undertaken by Weite Technology Co., LTD., has been launched and officially put into use.
This line of Guangzhou Metro starts from Xunfenggang Station and passes through Baiyun District, Yuexiu District, Haizhu District and Panyu District. It includes densely populated areas such as Ersha Island, Jinshazhou, Tongdewei, Xinshi, Chisha and Beishan, and ends at University Town South Station. The line runs from northwest to southeast. The total length of the line is 37.6 kilometers, all of which is underground. A total of 25 stations are set up, all of which are underground stations. The train will adopt unmanned 6-car A-type trains.
Throughout the entire project process, Weite adhered to the principle of customer first, promptly arranged for technical personnel to conduct on-site research, and formulated the most high-quality and efficient design plan for the customer. After the contract was signed, production was arranged as soon as possible. In the situation where after-sales personnel were tight, in order not to affect the normal use of the customer's gantry crane in the later stage, Weite coordinated after-sales personnel and goods to arrive at the site together, and installed and debugged the electrical system of the gantry crane itself at the same time to avoid delaying the gantry crane after it was put into normal use. At this point, Weite products officially began to ensure the safe operation of this metro gantry crane equipment.
In addition to the conventional functions of a monitoring system, this metro gantry crane monitoring system has also remotely processed the data, enabling others at the head office to view the various working conditions of the on-site gantry cranes through a remote platform. This has changed the previous situation where the equipment usage could only be understood on-site, facilitating the supervision of on-site equipment by management personnel.
Data can be directly sent to the network server via the GPRS module and the Internet, enabling remote network monitoring of the operating status of the equipment. The data can also be sent to the project department on the construction site via the local radio station, and then remotely monitored through the project's wired and wireless networks. In units with the necessary conditions, functions such as remote transmission, remote monitoring, remote management, remote service, data and video query, and data and video analysis can be further realized based on specific circumstances and work requirements.
The metro gantry crane monitoring system launched this time operates stably and has been recognized by users of China Communications Construction Company.
