In recent days, the explosion accident at the Qixia gold mine in Shandong Province has drawn widespread public attention. All kinds of resources spared no effort to rescue the trapped people. As the only domestic large-tonnage deep well drilling rig on site, XCMG XSC1200 was responsible for the drilling construction with a diameter of 311mm. It adopted the large-diameter pneumatic down-the-hole hammer method, reaching a depth of 554 meters. The total drilling time was 28 hours, and the verticality was precisely within the target tunnel range. It was the first to complete the drilling task of Well No. 6, fully ensuring the rescue work!
