 Precautions in Severe Cold Winter Weather

1.When the temperature is below 0℃, the aggregate conveyor belt can be loosened by increasing the counterweight or adjusting the degree of the tail 

adjustment pull rod, etc., so that the belt does not slip.

2.After the construction of the mixing plant is completed on the same day, the water intake pump, drainage pump and water metering hopper equipment 

should be drained to prevent the pipelines, pump bodies and valves from cracking due to freezing.

3. When the ambient temperature reaches 0℃, the admixture will crystallize and change from a liquid to a semi-fluid state. Preheating should be carried 

out before each startup to prevent the mechanical seal of the water pump from burning out due to idling.

4. Drain water from the air compressor, air storage tank, three-piece unit and other places to prevent freezing.

5.Before starting up, the air conditioner in the control room should be turned on for about 30 minutes. Only after the indoor temperature rises can the 

industrial control computer and electrical equipment be started.

6.After each construction of the mixing plant is completed, the remaining materials in the sand and gravel silo should be emptied to prevent freezing and 

affect the normal use next time.

 Work Preparations in Severe Cold Winter Weather

1.The gear oil of each reducer should be replaced.

2. Check the scraper for replacing the belt.

3.When the temperature is below 5℃, it is recommended to use Sany's special No. 1 extreme pressure lithium-based grease for the grease pump of the 

stirring host to prevent the oil supply pipeline from being blocked.
