At noon on August 11, 2022, an SR360 device malfunctioned, with the rotary reducer getting stuck. After arriving at the scene, service staff member Jiang Wenli immediately inspected it and determined that the right rotary reducer was damaged. It was noon at that time and the temperature in Jinan was as high as 43℃. In order to enable the client to resume construction quickly, the service engineer immediately started to disassemble the motor and reducer. They found that the clearances of each gear had increased due to wear and could no longer be repaired.
After the disassembly was completed, service engineer Jiang Wenli was worried that the iron filings from the reducer might fall into the large gear box, causing damage to the large gear ring of the slewing bearing and resulting in greater losses for the customer. So, he used a spoon to clean the grease from the large gear box one spoonful at a time that night. Due to the small space and the low position of the reducer opening, the action of bending over to clean the grease lasted for several hours.
The cleaning was completed at four in the morning. The customer was deeply touched by this situation and exclaimed, "Only Sany Service can achieve this level. Sany Service is truly remarkable!" "
On the evening of August 12th, the reducer arrived at the site. The project department required the client to resume construction by the morning of August 13th. At that time, it was still raining, and the service engineer began the installation work of the reducer in the rain. It was already four o 'clock in the morning when the installation was completed. The rain mixed with sweat soaked through the engineer's clothes. But seeing the customer's drilling rig finally start running, the service engineer, disregarding his physical fatigue, showed a relieved smile.
The smooth construction of the client was recognized by the project department. The customer was also deeply moved by the spirit of Sany Service, which is not afraid of hardship or fatigue.
